    I attemptd 149 in IT -Officier Scale-1
    even i too find reasoning very time taking so could only attemp 27 in it.

    Reasoning 27

    paper was quiet easy except the Reasoning section which was very time consuming......

    i had attempted 160+ but reasoning is still a bit concern.attempted 25 to 30.but not sure of max.right,what are my chances if i got 15 to 20 right .do i get min qualifying marks through weigtage..............reply

    As for Marketing Officers Professional knowledge.. All bits are related to financial planning and investment 90%. Which is irrelevant to the concern subject of marketing. IBPS WAS NOT DOING A FAIR PRACTISE BUT IT Diminishes the chances of employability in banking

      yes sharief... it was really a shocking paper as it was not difficult bt very bizarre unrelated to subject & previous trend, even i was confused whether it was for marketing officer exam or for a typical insurance sales guy... very disappointing... any one has the question paper details & solution of marketing paper on 17 march 2013...plzzz put here

      Good there are others who also feel that paper for professional knowledge for Marketing officer exam was not as per Marketing standards but it was more like reference to Banking... Most irritating part was the questions, which seemed like we had read them in the past nut don't remember the correct answer..... I even felt that rest all sections were Easy but too Lengthy to answer in the given time.... i was only able to answer 148 out of 200 questions..... i hope cut off is a bit lower this time around 110 and unlike last year where it was 124

    I attended for the post of Technical Officer scale - 1 Civil. But in professional knowledge section they asked not only in civil but also they asked from other department like Electrical, Electronics, Computer science, IT etc. So i felt very difficult in answering these questions.

    IT officer Scale I :
    1) Professinal knowledge is very easy ,we didn't even expected this.
    2) Quantitative aptitude : Some od the question has taken some extra time.overall Aps is very easy to answer.but little bit time consuming.
    3) Logical Reasoning : Really very tough.Lot of our time has been spent on this,due to this many of us have not concernterated on English section.
    4) English : No Comments.Because i have no time to gone through and answered ...

    paper was little bit easy.. as i was appeared for the technical officer,pk was difficult..it included all qus releted frm all engg branches plus some banking maths..NOT FAIR AT ALL

    My IBPS SO IT(Scale I) Paper was in morning session of 16th march, the online exam was little easy except Reasoning which is quite time consuming i attempted 30 only and Quant paper is Not a tough but not easy i was attempted 35, in English i attempted 40 questions, and the PK Part was very easy where i attempt 50 out of 50,

    For morning batch, prof knowl seems to be very easy as Clerical questions frnds..I belong to AN batch...its very diffficult and reasoning also a bit tough..Totally attended only 137 qustions..SOOO SAD

    I have applied for the post of Technical officer scale 1. All the sections were easy except reasoning and pk...I was able to answer only 113 questions.I don't know why they asked about physics,economics in that paper and nothing from our branch subjects.. They didn't even provide any information about the pk question pattern.In IT OFFICER they asked very easy questions even like input and output devices.. This is not fair.

    PK was tough and mostly were on databases. Remaining sections were easy but I didn't even realize that I spent most of the time on reasoning.

    Hi All,
    In every Exam I am failing to qualify in QA,Please please can any one help me on this,I never got less marks in any other sections.The same with the IT Officers paper,Though the reasoning is time consuming,I did it 29 questions,But QA ,though felt easy I attempted 27 only.

    Hi,
    I attempted for IT officer scale II, Total 132 Questions i attempted..Pk some what tough. Quantitative and reasoning taking lot of time to me. English Not much time to cover all questions.

    I am a graduate in Pharmacy and my professional knowledge questions came from marketing, finance and engineering...how in the world is this fair??? i also came to know that many of the students who gave exam on 17th were asked questions irrelevant to their professional field. i have been mailing to IBPS authority from 3 consecutive days still no reply from their side. now i am thinking of taking legal help in this regard !!

      same thing happened with me. I am also graduate in pharmacy but no question in professional knowledge section was from pharmacy. they asked all questions from engineering?

    @pronoy bordoli. Last year TWS for General category for It officer Scale 1 was 128
    and sectional cutt off was 24 each as at that time english was of 50 marks .
